Registration for the Spring 2024 Season opens on March 1. Evening practices will start on April 29th and will continue for seven weeks through June 13. See below for more details on group ride nights and venues:

Flow Riders Groups

Albany Flow Riders

April 30 - June 13
Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Register for one or both nights
Venues:*
- North Bethlehem Park
- Pine Bush Preserve
- Town of Colonie Trails
- Ride Times: 6:00 to 7:30 pm

Schenectady Flow Riders

April 29 - June 12
Mondays and Wednesdays
- Register for one or both nights
Venues:*
- Schenectady Central Park
- Town of Colonie Trails
- North Bethlehem Park
Ride Times: 5:30 to 7:00pm

*Venues planned are primary locations for rides but may change based on trail conditions and availability.

Get Ride-Ready!

You're welcome to join the group that best suits your schedule, proximity and riding interests. There is no requirement to join by county of residency.

Complete the Registration Form. The registration fee is $75 per rider or $50 for riders who bring along a Coach. Registration includes Flow Riders apparel and custom nameplate. (financial aid is available)

After registration is closed you will receive an e-mail confirmation with an invitation to our event calendar, schedule details, bike prep information and everything else you'll need to be ride ready for the season.
